The project is to create a custom e-commerce website that will focus on showcasing and selling a wide range of women's ethnic wear items. The website will be designed to provide a seamless user experience with easy navigation, intuitive product filters, and a secure checkout process.
EMBELLISHED is a women-led homegrown brand based in Pune, India. It was started by me, Olivia Murthy, in 2018. I fancy Indian, Ethnic, and Bohemian Jewellery and I’m fortunate enough to be able to design and handcraft the same, which is now loved by so many!
Embellished was solely owned and managed by me until 2020. However, when we began receiving such an amazing response I needed a team! My mother and my younger sister volunteered to help me selflessly and are possibly the best workmates that I could have asked for. I am, where I am, because of the two! We have the best time working and sharing our ideas and Embellished allows us to spend more time together as a family!
I am also a freelance photographer and I enjoy shooting for Embellished! It all started as a hobby and has now flourished into this beautiful art form that allows me to experiment with my ideas and aesthetics in various ways!
